• Business name and company registration.
• NGO registration.
• SCUML registration, JTB TIN, FIRS TIN, and related services.

Note: We are independent facilitators and not directly affiliated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for your registration and application.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any fraudulent or false submissions may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before processing any registration request.
• Payments are made securely through listed payment options, including Paystack where available.
• Payment once made is non-refundable except as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Processing Time

• Processing time varies depending on the nature of the service and the CAC's response.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by CAC or external government agencies.

6. Cancellation And Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be requested in writing.
• Refunds, where applicable, are subject to administrative deductions and approval.
• No refund applies to services already completed and delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, images, and software, is owned by Mrplease Top Ventures and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation Of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of our services.
